Are you grieving? Call me, I offer a 30 minutes, phone call consultation. It's an opportunity to learn how homeopathy has helped many people, regardless of what how grief was experienced, and there is no obligation.
Grief is our reaction to loss, it can be associated with the death of a loved one, a parent, a sister / brother or a child or a pet. It doesn’t have to be none of the above.
Grief can be experienced with any sense of loss, the loss of a job, or of an opportunity to a promotion, or being left out from a school play, or it can be a breakup of a relationship. It can also be associated with not being able to receive something that was offered to someone else. It is also experienced when there is a loss of an object, a ring or the so needed cell phone, for example.
It is said that time is a great healer, it is true, in case of grief, it may takes days, months or a year or so, with time we can process the loss, accept it and move on. This is a healthy reaction.
When grief is sudden we can become hysterical, what we are experiencing is far more than we can handle. Sometime, even after a long time has gone by, we cannot process the grief, it is too painful, we don’t want to talk about it or express it.
One way that people survive the situation is to build an emotional wall around their emotions, keeping the grief inside, it stops us from getting hurt again.
In such cases, that wall may protect us from getting hurt again, but it prevents us from experiencing new emotions or new feelings, it’s isolates us to the point that we cannot move forward. With time this type of suppression can lead to physical diseases.
A different reaction to a sudden grief is not to feel anything at all. It is like the dear in the head lights, reaction, we are stunned, like frozen, unable to think or react. There is no grief processing here, again with time this can lead to diseases.
What kind of diseases? You may be asking yourself.
I am so grateful that we are all different, unique like snowflakes! I am grateful because life would be so boring otherwise. Because we are all different, we experience diseases, stemming from grief, in our unique way.
Another reason that I am grateful, every day, is that Homeopathy addresses our unique nature.
The appropriate remedy can address the unique way the individual experiences dis-ease. When this happens the grief is resolved and all that is left are the memories of the fun times we remember.
I know, I have been there, experiencing grief in more than one way.
Are you grieving? Call me, I offer a 30 minutes, phone call consultation. It’s an opportunity to learn how homeopathy has helped many people, regardless of what how grief was experienced, and there is no obligation.
